Gudz's policy is to process and ship your order within 24 hours to ensure your item arrives safely and quickly. If for any reason your order is taking longer than 24 hours, we will contact you immediately to apologize and explain the reason for the delay.

United Kingdom

We will provide Free Shipping for orders above £35 and we use Royal Mail and other couriers to dispatch your orders to the United Kingdom. Your order should reach you within 3 -5 days of despatch, but it is usually sooner.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout and we use Royal Mail or other courier to dispatch your orders.

Time taken for shipping will depend based on the country, customs clearance etc. It can vary from 7 to 21 days.

What If My Order Is Missing?

Royal Mail terms and conditions state that a parcel is not considered lost unless it has been in the postal system for over 14 days for UK mainland orders and 25 days for international.

If your parcel is unfortunately undelivered or lost, please first check with your local post office to see if it is being held for collection.

If the buyer has provided a wrong address and the order is not returned to us, then we are not responsible. This would be considered as a Lost Order. We will not issue a refund.

If the buyer informs us that he has provided a wrong shipping address, then we will try to stop the order but we cannot guarantee it because we process orders rapidly.

If the order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, then the buyer may request for a reshipment. The buyer is responsible for the re-shipping and re-handling sum.
